Police are investigating a suspicious fire lit at a doctor's clinic in Murray Bridge in the early hours of the morning.
Emergency services were called to a doctor's surgery on Adelaide Road in the town, 70 kilometres east of Adelaide.
When police and fire crews arrived on the scene they found that a fire started in a wheelie bin had spread to the doctor's clinic, with flames and smoke pouring into the premises.

No injuries were reported in the blaze, but a number of other bins were found on fire nearby.
The blaze was quickly extinguished by MFS crew, but not before the doctors' surgery sustained some damage.
South Australia Police established a crime scene, with investigations continuing throughout the day.
